Yes, you can cancel anytime before approving your design proof. Just email hello@dylign.com with your order number. Once the proof is approved and production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
We strongly recommend ordering a sample before placing your final order. A sample allows you to experience the material and verify that the color and print quality match your expectations. It typically arrives within approximately two weeks.If you are fully confident in your design and material requirements, you may proceed directly with the order without requesting a sample. Please be aware that once the proof is approved and production begins, the order is non-refundable and cannot be modified.
